Articles You Need to Read iTrip Auto Links iPod to Car The iTrip Auto ($70) is the newest entry into a line of devices from Griffin that let you play your iPod through your car stereo. This new device also allows you to charge your iPod ’s battery via your car’s cigarette lighter. Easy to hook up, it’s designed to convert the music from your iPod into FM signals and transmit them to your car radio. The unit also lets you control the iPod’s volume with your car stereo’s volume control. Let’s take the iTrip Auto out onto the open road and see what it can do. iFit With the holiday season nearing its end it's time to get back in shape (thank you, holiday parties with all of your great, fattening food). Your home treadmill has been sitting in the corner for some time, but it can find new life, thanks to the iFit system. Eudora 7: Highly Evolved Email Power Qualcomm has released a new version of its Eudora email software, version 7.0 (Windows-only thus far, $49.95 for a 12-month subscription, or free for Sponsored Mode with advertisements, Mac package is currently at version 6.3), that has a rather short list of new features for a full-point release. However, if you’re upgrading from a previous version, there’s one blockbuster addition that’s well worth the price of the upgrade. If you’re not a previous Eudora user but are considering a switch, there is a long list of reasons why abandoning your old email software for this one would be a great idea. Eudora is an enormously powerful program which offers an excellent alternative to the ubiquitous Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express. |
